Since our services include trip organization, route consultations, and personalized vacation planning, we cannot offer refunds for services that have already been provided or used. All consultations, prepared routes, gear recommendations, and other services are considered used once delivered and are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded, but we are happy to offer you a reschedule or an alternative date for the service.
If you feel that the service you received did not meet the agreed-upon terms, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will work with you to resolve any issues and offer an alternative solution, including the possibility of rescheduling or a partial refund depending on the specific circumstances.
If you experience any technical issues accessing online materials or webinars, please let us know, and we will promptly resolve the problem by providing you with access to the materials or rescheduling the consultation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
